Booking Your Appointment
Booking an appointment with us is easy. You can call our reception during clinic hours or use our online booking form on the contact page. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

To help make your first visit as smooth as possible, please arrive 15 minutes early and bring the following items with you:
- Your South African ID book or card.
- Your current medical aid card.
- A referral letter from your previous doctor, if applicable.
- A list of any medications you are currently taking.

Clinic Policies
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
